Jailhouse Blues

Nicole Richie has been sentenced to 4 days in jail and a fine of $2048 plus 21 days of alcohol education for her 2nd offense DUI charge. Looks like showing up on time and well behaved has a direct impact upon how much time you will serve. Nicole who is expected to have her baby in January sometime is required to report to the L.A. County Jail by September 28th.

Richie Faces The Judge

Nicole is at the L.A. County Superior Court where she is scheduled to appear to answer to charges of her second DUI. Rumors were saying last night that Richie was going to take a plea that would result in a minimum of 5 days in jail. If we remember from Paris's stay in jail 5 days in L.A. is really only 2.5 so we shall see how long she stays. More details available later!

Mother of the Year Award

Ok no not really but it sure would be funny if Britney Spears was nominated. She decided to take a small vacation to Vegas recently taking the boys Sean Preston and Jaden James with her. Her biggest problem isn't the cameraman who shoved Sean accidently, it isn't even the misdemeanor citation that body guard JC or Julio Camera received in connection to the event it is the lack of written permission she has to take the boys out of the State of California from Kevin Federline.

Wonder how this is really going to work out, seems Britney doesn't know how to sneak around and do anything, with the papparazzi following her every move it is quite easy for K-Fed to prove she left the state without permission. Guess Britney won't be enjoying much custody at the rate she's going. Hopefully her yorkie puppy can keep her feeling warm and fuzzy.

Naomi Watts had her baby on Thursday morning in the wee hours, however it is still unknown if the baby was a boy or a girl. The magazine that broke news of the birth is "Life & Style" but it will be a while before we know the gender.

Nicole Richie Out of Hiding

We all know that after her postponed court date earlier Nicole disappeared and was not heard from. Now it is time to come out of hiding and Nicole has an interview scheduled with Diane Sawyer of ABC that is scheduled to air on Good Morning America and even 20/20. The dates the interview will be aired is August 2nd and 3rd on Good Morning America and then on 20/20 which airs on August 3rd as well.

Paris Hilton who already hurt people's ears with her first album has headed back into the studio to harm people yet AGAIN! She disappeared into the studio just this morning with her newest dog, of course Tinkerbell is nowhere to be seen and is apparently working on a second album. Apparently enough damage wasn't inflected the first time.

Wasn't Paris supposed to be doing charity work? Wouldn't canceling her second awful album be considered charity work?

Dina Helping Linday

Rumors are running rampant that the coke found on Lindsay Lohan was not hers, at the same time rumors are flying that perhaps she is not who was actually driving. How long it will take the truth to emerge is unknown, but for now Dina is helping her daughter through this difficult time by calling and texting her constantly. Whatever happened to physical comforts, after all Lindsay obviously really needs a parent around, but with dad ordered by the courts to stay away and Dina doing god only knows what it leaves Lindsay all on her own.

Paris Boy Hopping

We all know that there are two Hilton sisters, however typically it is the younger sister that is a troublemaker in a family. Not so in the Hilton household and little Nikki lives in her sisters huge size 11 shoe shadow. To help keep her in the spotlight it is a must to be seen making out with as many guys as possible. This even included the strange looking Cisco Adler former boyfriend of Mischa Barton. Not sure what either girl was thinking about this guy, but I doubt they were sober at the time.

After being caught making out and giving him a lap dance in the club Paris was off to the next club. Wonder who the poor guy was there? Has anyone checked to make sure STD's can't be transmitted by kissing and lap dances?

Britney Spears House Hunting

We all know what can happen in public when you have a psychotic person on the loose. But what happens when the same psychotic person tries to buy a house? Simple, you end up with Britney Spears going swimming in your pool, even taking a bath and using all of the bathrooms. You certainly can't make a house decision without a bath in someone else's home ya'll!

Wonder if Britney has considered that her new $6.5 million dollar home with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms also has a swimming pool? Probably won't be long before Britney forgets the swim suits on the boys again.

Another Celebrity Dog

Looks like Paris Hilton simply couldn't stand that Britney Spears went out and bought a dog. So now Paris ran to Pet of Bel Air and purchased yet another dog herself. This time she has purchased a little chihuahua puppy to add to the collection of dogs she already has including 2 other chihuahuas and even a yorkie puppy. Still waiting to find out what happened to Tinkerbell who hasn't been seen or heard from in weeks at least.

Do these celebs not know how to have their assistant track down a reputable breeder? Must they continue to purchase from pet stores who get their supply of puppies from puppy mills???? Someone please explain to the girls they don't need another dog.

Drew Carey Is the Price is Right?

Surely the execs at CBS have been smoking some of the special grass that is growing in the closets. Drew Carey is good for comedies, not something that is even remotely a normal show. Not sure how well he will be doing with it, but we'll give him a shot. First time he messes up, we shall lock him in the closet.

Car Chases and Lindsay

Apparently someone forgot to tell Lindsay that only stunt drivers should attempt car chases in Hollywood. Lohan was initially stopped by the L.A. police because she was chasing a Cadillac Escalade with a Denali. What happened to cause her to chase the Escalade is currently unknown, however her driving is what has created this mess. Hollywood rich girls should just hire a driver and stay in the passenger seats.

Lohan Bail Set

Lindsay is in the process of being released, her bail has just been set at $25,000 and sh's on her way out of jail yet again. Hopefully someone else is driving her home.

Favorite Rehabilitated Celeb Arrested For DUI

Well it looks as if Lindsay Lohan still has some rehab work left to do. Out in the real world full of temptations she has fallen prey again and was arrested early this morning for DUI as well as a slew of other charges including possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and even driving on a suspended license.

The poor rehabed celeb was arrested with a blood alcohol level of somewhere in the range of .12 and .13 while the legal limit of California is .08. It seems as if the home based rehab program isn't working as well as Promises was. I hope the rehab center hadn't signed Lohan to be their poster reformed child. Seems she might want to look into a different rehab clinic for the future.

What Happens At a Photo Shoot With a Breakdown Involved?

Simple! Everyone knows that Britney Spears has arrived! I know so harsh, but Britney apparently had a horrible photo shoot for her self arranged OK! Magazine interview that is leaving the magazine dazed and confused. While they are used to dealing with troublesome celebs apparently Britney took the cake with her weird and erratic behavior that would daze and amaze even the most strange of Hollywood celebs.

With several ruined dresses, numerous dog potty accidents, dozens of bathroom breaks and mood swings everyone knew that Britney was in the building. Rumors are running around that say that if the photos are actually released from the photo shoot it could kill her career. Seems strange something could kill a career that is already dead. Apparently Britney needs new manners in how to behave, and a new manager to keep her in line.
